as a relatively new "cyclist" in los angeles, i've learnt a few tips. most of the tips seem like common sense (now), but it took a few rides for me to get the hang of it! if you are thinking of commuting to work, or just want to bike to go pick up groceries, these 8 tips will help ease the ride a bit.
